Ingredients for Til Gul Poli
- › Jaggery 17 gm Seasame seeds 7gm, Besan (gram flour) 3gm, ghee - as per your macros (save it for this dish more the better, wheat flour - 70gm (I adjusted this per my macros)
1. 1. make a stiff dough of wheat flour 2. Roast seasame seeds and ground to fine powder. 3. Roast besan and mix with seasame seed powder. 4. add jaggery to this mixture and mix well. you can add lil bit of ghee. I did not. 5. stuff this mixture in wheat flour ball, just like stuff paratha, and roll into roti. 6. serve hot and be generous with ghee. tastes yumm! enjoy traditional dish within your macros!!
