- › Paneer 75g
- › Butter 5g
- › Soya noodles 10g
- › Soy sauce
- › Hot garlic sauce
- › Coriander
- › Ginger
- › Garoic
1. My desi version of thupka! Not the original recipe just jugaad wali Heat butter,add chopped garlic ginger and cook for 2 mins Add chopped onion and veggies Add tomatoes and pressure cook (1 whistle only) Add salt,coriander,chilli flakes,soy sauce,hot garlic sauce and mix well Add more water if u want a bit thin consistency Add boiled noodles And at the end paneer U can skip hot garlic sauce and but I like a bit spicy version!
