Ingredients for thin crust wheat pizza
- › wheat flour -50 gms
- › cheese slice -2 pcs
- › butter -5 gms
- › capsicum/onion/tomato - 25-30 GM's each
1. 1. Take wheat flour in a bowl add some water to it and make a dough . 2. Heat a tawa and make a roti of the dough . 3 . Mix all the vegetables and cheese slice in a bowl add some masala to it (as per your taste ) i added some ajwain /haldi powder /black pepper / jeera powder / italin seasoning / chilli flakes 4. Place all the Mixture on the roti . 5 . Now take a pan put 5ml butter . place the roti based pizza on to it and cover it with a lid and at a very low flame cook it for 5 mins .. YOUR HEALTHY WHEAT PIZZA IS READY .
