wheat flour -50 gms
cheese slice -2 pcs
butter -5 gms
capsicum/onion/tomato - 25-30 GM's each
Take wheat flour in a bowl add some water to it and make a dough . . Heat a tawa and make a roti of the dough . . Mix all the vegetables and cheese slice in a bowl add some masala to it (as per your taste ) i added some ajwain /haldi powder /black pepper / jeera powder / italin seasoning / chilli flakes . Place all the Mixture on the roti . . Now take a pan put ml butter . place the roti based pizza on to it and cover it with a lid and at a very low flame cook it for mins .. YOUR HEALTHY WHEAT PIZZA IS READY .
