Ingredients for Tasty Soya chunks sprout !!
- › soya chunks 50 g
- › Ghee/Butter/ oil 10 g
- › Green peas 50 g
- › veggies 100 g (Any)
- › green moong (sprouts) 30 g
1. 1) Soak green moong over night or for at least 5 hrs .
2. 2) Boil soak chunks and squeeze all the water out .
3. 3) Take a pan Add oil, all the veggies , green peas & spouts. let it cook for 10 -15 mins
4. 4 ) Add soya chunks & some masala as per taste . let it cook for another 5 minutes
5. 5) your high protein tasty soya chunks sprouts is ready !!!
