Ingredients

Shredded tandoori roast chicken breast 75 gm

Liquid egg white 350 gm

Steamed peas 150 gm

Baby Spinach 30 gm

Light Shredded Mozzarella Cheese : 30 gm

Mixed Herbs, Salt and pepper to taste

Cherry Tomatoes:30 gm

Method

Step 1

Pre heat grill or oven

Step 2

Lightly spray fry pan with oil and place on hotplate.

Step 3

Add seasoning to egg whites and pour into frypan.

Step 4

Add chicken, veg, tomato and spinach to frypan and lightly press down to submerge ingredients in the egg mix.

Step 5

Once egg whites have turned opaque, add cheese on top, take the frypan off the hot plate and place under the grill for around minutes or until lightly brown.
