Ingredients for Surmai Rava Fry
- › Surmai fish - 200 grms
- › Rava - 15 grms
- › Oil - 10 grms
- › Fresh ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- › Fish fry masala - tablespoon
- › salt and lemon juice
Method
1. Mix Ginger garlic paste, masala, lemon and salt. If needed add little water to make thick paste
2. Marinate the fish with this paste for atleast 15 minutes
3. Spread rava in flat and wide plate, coat the fish into it
4. Shallow fry coated fish in a non-stick frying pan
