Ingredients for Suji-Paneer Kheer
- › 40 g Semolina
- › 100 g Paneer
- › 10 g Almond
- › 100 ml Milk
- › 2-3 Cardmom
- › Stevia / Sugarfree ( as per taste)
- › 5 g ghee
1. Grate paneer,chopped almonds and crushed Cardmom. Keep it aside.
2. In hot ghee , roast suji till golden brown.
3. Add paneer and roast it well.
4. Now add milk , till it’s done. ( add some water if required)
5. Cook it for 3-5 mins. Add stevia as per taste.
6. Garnish it almonds and Cardmom.
