Curd -150 g

Mango -50 g

Stevia/ sugarfree

For shreekhand -cardamom powder/saffron/nutmeg powder

Method

Step 1

Tie curd in muslin cloth to remove water,or drain it using fine sieve You can also use hung curd or Greek yogurt

Step 2

For amrakhand mash or finely cut mango or pulp it Save some pieces for garnish Add hung curd to it Add stevia/ sugarfree and beat it nicely Refrigerate and enjoyyyy

Step 3

For shreekhand add stevia/ sugarfree to hung curd Beat nicely to form nice creamy shreekhand Sprinkle cardomom powder,nutmeg powder ,saffron strands Refrigerate and enjoyyyy
