Ingredients for Sugar free Lassi
- › - fresh curd 100gms - chilled milk 50gms - cardamom crushed 2-3 - sugar free powder as per taste - Fresh rose petals 3-4
1. Take a bowl add curd to it ,churn curd with hand mixer. Add milk, sugar free powder,rose petals and cardamom powder to curd and mix it with hand mixer. Add a cup of water and a couple of ice cubes to it and mix it well. Pour it in a glass and enjoy your delicious Lassi without any guilt.
