Ingredients for steamed sandesh
- › paneer- 100 gm ghee - 5 gm milk - 100 ml sugar - 10 gm elaichi powder kesar
Method
1. 1.first boil milk and put lemon juice in it to make paneer 2.once panner is done....steive it in cloth...and drain all water from panneer 3.put it in mixer jar....add elaichi powder sugar and milk..... 4.grind it ....and check consistency......it shud b like dosa batter........ 5.grease ghee in a plate and put paneer batter and sprinkle it with kesar strands.. 6.steam it for almost 30 mins and check with knife by inserting it in batter n if it's not sticking to knife. . 7.once it's done..... refrigerate it for 30 mins to set it .... 8. Remove from refrigerator.......and cut it into pieces...... trust me try once ....it came out to be so so so so soft. ..like I never imagined. it to be...... note:- make paneer at home ..
