Ingredients for Sprouts tikki
- › sprouts 100 grms
- › mixed veggies leftover 50 grms
- › garlic cloves 4
- › spices as per u
Method
1. take garlic spices and mix veggies and grind it fine mixer
2. now take soaked sprouts and grind it will in mixer
3. add both the mix and again grind it
4. do not add any water or it will b hard to bind it
5. if ur paste is watery then u can add a bread crumb which can be grind in mixer and can b used as a binding agent..note this us a optional step..bread macros not included
6. make tikkis and bake it 230 degrees in oven or grill it on slow flame on tawa
7. serve with cold dahi or enjoyed as tikki
