Ingredients for sprouts chaat
- › 100 gm sabut moong ( soaked overnight, and sprouted for 1 or two days )
- › finely chopped 100 gm onion and 100 gm tomato
- › 1 finely chopped green chilli
- › half lemon juice
- › dry spices - salt, Black salt , red chilli powder, chat masala , garam masala
Method
1. mix all the above ingredients , ( dry spices according to your taste )
2. sprouts chaat is ready to serve
