200g Spinach
10 ml oil
Take whole eggs mix with spoons of water and beat it. . Add ml of coconut /canola oil to the pan and add g of Spinach. . Add little salt and keep it for mins. . Pour the beated eggmixture on top of Spinach and let it cook for to mins. Keep it in medium flame. . Flip the egg and add the remaining g of spinach. . Add some pepper and salt to your desired level. Let it remain for mins and flip it once more. Low flame would do. . Move the omelette to a plate and Enjoy!
