Ready to cook frozen vegetables 200 gms
Frozen Baby prawns 200 gms
Sambal sauce 15 gms
Other Chinese sauces like soy and chilli sauce 10 gms
Chilli flakes, chopped garlic and ginger 10 gms
Oil 10 gms
Salt, pepper to taste
Heat the Kadai and add oil in it..
Add chopped ginger garlic followed by prawns and then vegetables. Gently cook until it get soft
Now add Sambal paste and other ingredients and cook until it get bit saucy nature
Top the cooked rice on it, stir the rice on a hot flame and remove from the heat
You don’t need any additional sauces to go with. Enjoy piping hot
