Patatoes 100 gms thinly chopped
One cup of bell peppers, brocolli finely chopped
Half onion finely chopped
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
Salt
Olive oil 10 gm
Cheese slice 2
In skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell peppers, potatoes, brocolli. Stir it well. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt. Cook over medium flame.
Meanwhile, in a bowl beat eggs together with salt and pepper.
Pour the above mixture with eggs in a bowl and mix well. Take a pan, add remaining olive oil, keep heat on low. Pour half mixture on the pan. On top of it add cheese slices. Now pour remaining half mixture. Cook on medium flame. Once it's well done flip the egg. Cook other side well. Serve warm.
