Mixed veggies (chopped cabbage, mushrooms, capsicum, onions tomatoes) 200 grams
8 grams coconut oil
Soya granulés or chura - 40 grams
Mustard seeds, turmeric,,Garam masala salt green chilli as per taste
Heat oil in the pan once oil is hot make tadka with mustard seeds cumin seeds haldi , add chopped onion sauté for a min add chopped tomato and green chilli once slightly mashed up add other veggies and pre cooked soya granulés stir it well season it with spices add little water and cover it to let the veggies cooked. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy the steaming hot one pot meal
