Ingredients for Soya Rajma Tikki with cucumber raita
- › 45g Rajma
- › 50g Soya Chunks (Soaked in warm water)
- › 50g Soya Chunks Raw
- › 25g Kasoori methi
- › Ginger garlic paste
- › Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Red chilli powder, Garam masala powder.
1. Pressure cook rajma and mash.
2. Grind raw soya chunks in mixee in a powder form.
3. Grind Soaked soya chunks in mixee.
4. Mix all the above ingredients together.. Make tikkies and cook in butter in a non stick pan.
