Ingredients for Soya Rabdi
- › Tofu = 70 gms
- › Soya Milk = 250 ml
- › Soya granules = 20 gms
- › Water = 200 ml
- › Erythritol /Stevia = 1-2 Teaspoon
- › Vanilla Essence = 0.5 Teaspoon
- › Salt = 1 Pinch
1. Add all the ingredients in the mixer and blend it till we get a fine paste
2. Transfer to a vessel and heat it for 5-10 mins on medium flame. Add more water as per your preference
3. Cool the mixture and freeze for 15 mins
4. If you want a non-flaky texture then blend the mixture again followed by freezing it. Soya Rabdi is ready!
5. OPTIONAL: Garnish with dry fruits or Chocolate
