Ingredients for Soya Pudla Sandwich
- › 30 grm besan
- › 20 grm soya
- › 2 grm butter
- › 40 grm bread
- › veggies of choice
Method
1. Mix besan with soya powder and add salt , turmeric , chilly powder and make smooth thick paste by adding water
2. Chop veggies as thin as possible , i used carrot , onion , capsicum and beetroot . (dont add any masala or salt)
3. Take a non stick pan apply butter on it
4. Dip bread slice in the besan paste and keep on pan and take some veggies and keep it on top of bread and press it
5. Once the bread is toasted from one side , flip the bread and let the veggies get toasted
6. Once veggies are toasted , flip the bread again put some chaat masala on veggies and cover it with other slice of bread
7. You can add cheese or any other veggies as per your macros
