Paneer 10gms

Method

Step 1

Boil soya mini chunks for min . Grind boiled soya chunks in a blender till it become fine grain. . In a bowl, add grinded soya, paneer cubes, sprinkle some black pepper powder and salt to taste. . Apply this mixture on the bread and roast little on the nonstick tawa. . Garnish with cheese. Ready to serve.
