Ingredients for Soya Paneer Pizza
- › Wheat flour- 40gms Soya flour - 30gm Paneer - 100gms Oil / butter -10gms Cheese - 25gms Pizza sauce (Homemade) Onion and capsicum for topping Chilli flakes+ mix herbs
1. 1) Make dough with Wheat and Soya flour and let it rest. 2) Divide in 2 equal size ball, roll, prick with fork (to avoid getting it puff) and cook 60% from both side. 3) Toss Paneer, Capsicum and onion in pan with 3 gms oil/butter. 4) Apply homemade pizza sauce on prepared pizza base, add vegetables and paneer. Sprinkle Mix herb, Chilli flakes and finally grate cheese. 5) Apply butter on pan, place pizza in Pan and cover n cook on low flame until base is crisp. Enjoy!!!
