Wheat flour- 40gms Soya flour - 30gm Paneer - 100gms Oil / butter -10gms Cheese - 25gms Pizza sauce (Homemade) Onion and capsicum for topping Chilli flakes+ mix herbs
) Make dough with Wheat and Soya flour and let it rest. ) Divide in equal size ball, roll, prick with fork (to avoid getting it puff) and cook % from both side. ) Toss Paneer, Capsicum and onion in pan with gms oil/butter. ) Apply homemade pizza sauce on prepared pizza base, add vegetables and paneer. Sprinkle Mix herb, Chilli flakes and finally grate cheese. ) Apply butter on pan, place pizza in Pan and cover n cook on low flame until base is crisp. Enjoy!!!
