Ingredients for Soya Paneer crispy bites
- › Crushed soya chunks 50 gm
- › Paneer 50 gm
- › Wheat flour 10 gm
- › Ghee/any oil 3 gm
- › Onion 20 gm
- › Kasuri methi, salt, green chilli, ajwain (as per taste)
- › Water
- › 0 fat yoghurt 250 gm
Method
1. Mix soya chunk flour, wheat flour, paneer and kneed with water and keep aside for 15 mins
2. Heat pan, add ghee (any oil if prefer vegan)
3. Slowly press the kneeded mixture on the pan with hands
4. After 3-4 mins, check if the bottom side is crispy
5. Once bottom is done, flip the side (it will break on it's own while flipping)
6. OkiOnce both sides are crispy, serve with yoghurt or tea
