Ingredients for soya oats Porridge
- › masala oats tomato flavor 60 g or any oats
- › soya chunks 1 cup or 45g
- › carrot 50 g
- › tomato 2 or 80g
- › peas 20 g
- › chilli garlic paste 1 spoon
- › salt
- › oil 1/2 tsp
- › water 1-1.5 cup
Method
1. chop carrot in and tomato small piece or grid them in grander and make puree
2. heat pen and add oil
3. now add puree, peas , and chilli garlic paste and boil them 2-3 minutes
4. add 1-1.5 cup water according to u and add soya chunks and masala oats boil them 10 minut
5. now serve and enjoy ur yummy breakfast
