- › Wheat flour 50 gms Soya chunks flour 40 gms A pinch of baking soda and baking pwd Salt as per taste Ajwain
1. 1) Knead together all ingredients into a hard dough and keep aside for 10 mins . 2) Divide into 2 balls and roll out thin . 3) Cut in desired shape and roast in air fryer for 15-20 mins at 180° flipping 2-3 times in between . 4) Store in air tight container and use when reqd .
