Ingredients for Soya flour Upma
- › Defatted Soya flour: 50 gm
- › Blanched Spinach ( or green veggies) 100 gm
- › Minced Garlic Pod: 1 large
- › Red/Green chillies : 3/4 number's
- › Ghee 5 gm (as per Macros)
- › Salt+Pepper+ Chilli flakes+1/2 lemon juice
Method
1. In a pan dry roast flour for 2-3 minutes
2. Add water and keep stirrings
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes
4. Now add Blanched Spinach
5. Add salt, pepper, red chilli flakes and keep cooking to upma consistency
6. Add lemon juice and take it off the burner
7. In a separate pan prepare a tadka: Add ghee, jeera and, garlic, green chilli cook for 30 second (until garlic turn golden brown)
8. Add the tadka in the top of the upma
9. Serve hot
