- › Soya Chunks : 100 gram
- › Ghee : 15 gram
- › Almonds : 25 gram
- › Cashew : 40 gram
- › Sugar : 50 gram
- › Whey Protein (Chocolate Flavour) : 45 gram
1. Add 15 gram ghee in Non stick Pan and Roast Soya Chunks Powder . Add the dry fruits and add water and sugar once the Soya Chunks powder is roasted (turned red). Add whey protein once the Halwa is ready . You are ready for serve this lip smacking Halwa. You can change the quantities as per your convenience and your macros.
