Soya chunks-40 g
Curd -80 g
Stevia/ sweetener
Butter/ ghee -5 g
Chunky chat masala
Mint leaves
Dhania jeera powder
Salt
Red chilli powder
Mint corriander chutney
Pomegranate seeds ( optional)
Boil soya chunks in salted water and squeeze to remove the water
Heat butter / ghee in nonstick pan
Stir fry soya chunks till little crispy
Sprinkle salt, pepper, dhania jeera powder,,chopped mint leaves
Add stevia or any sweetener to curd ,a pinch of salt
Take soya chunks in the plate , add mint corriander chutney, add curd
Sprinkle chat masala,red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder and serve
You can add pomegranate seeds, date tamarind chutney etc as per your macros
