Ingredients for Soya Chunk snack
- › (1.) 50 gm soya chunk
- › (2.) Ghee 1gm
- › (3.) Tomato ketchup 12 Gm
Method
1. 1. Boil the Soya chunks for about 4-5 mins . tip: add a little bit of salt while boiling the soyas. 👆
2. 2. soak all the excess water from soya chunks and BLEND nicely in a blender.👍
3. 3.HEAT a TAWA/PAN and let 1gm of Ghee melt . spread the ghee after Melting 😋
4. 4.now stir all the blended soya chunks in the Pan for a 🕛min so that the soyas absorb the ghee from the Pan.
5. 5. add 12 Gm tomato ketchup and mix it well to the above👆 Cover it For 2 mins .⏳.. READY TO SERVE 🍽️ 🤝
