(1.) 50 gm soya chunk

(2.) Ghee 1gm

(3.) Tomato ketchup 12 Gm

Method

Step 1

Boil the Soya chunks for about - mins . tip: add a little bit of salt while boiling the soyas. πŸ‘†

Step 2

soak all the excess water from soya chunks and BLEND nicely in a blender.πŸ‘

Step 3

HEAT a TAWA/PAN and let gm of Ghee melt . spread the ghee after Melting πŸ˜‹

Step 4

now stir all the blended soya chunks in the Pan for a πŸ•›min so that the soyas absorb the ghee from the Pan.

Step 5

add Gm tomato ketchup and mix it well to the aboveπŸ‘† Cover it For mins .⏳.. READY TO SERVE 🍽️ 🀝
