Boil the Soya chunks for about - mins . tip: add a little bit of salt while boiling the soyas. π
soak all the excess water from soya chunks and BLEND nicely in a blender.π
HEAT a TAWA/PAN and let gm of Ghee melt . spread the ghee after Melting π
now stir all the blended soya chunks in the Pan for a πmin so that the soyas absorb the ghee from the Pan.
