50 gms Soya Granules
10 gms onion
10 gms tomatoes
15 gms Capsicum
A few sprigs of Coriander
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon Chat masala Powder
1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon Red Chillies Powder
Salt to taste
4 ml Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Chopped green chillies
In a bowl, finely chop onion, tomatoes, capsicum and coriander and keep aside.
Add Lemon juice, red chillies powder, roasted cumin powder, chat masala powder, green chillies and salt to the chopped veggies.
Now take a non stick pan and add ml Olive oil to it. While on low flame add Soya Granules and roast till it turns a little golden. Switch off the gas and let it cool completely.
Keeping a little salad aside for garnishing, add the roasted Soya Granules to the veggies and toss nicely.
Serve immediately with Garnish.
