Ingredients for soya besan pakora
- › soya chunks fine powder 30gm Besan/gram flour 40gm ghee 5gm salt,pepper, red chili,ajwain,kasturi methi onion 30gm green chili optional dhaniya to garnish water to make paste
Method
1. Add all dry ingridents and make paste with water it should not be to flowy but should be good enough to make pakora mix onion coriander n mix heat appam pan pour the batter in the cavity n fry it from both sides by adding ghee roast it by covering them with lid your pakoras are ready.Serve them with green mint coriander chutney.
