Ingredients for Soya and peas pulao
- › Soya
- › Peas
- › Rice
- › Ghee
Method
1. Boil soya chunks and peas in a container for 5 mins (drain water once done)
2. Cook rice in pressure cooker till one whistle
3. Heat a pan and add one table spoon ghee
4. Add jeera once ghee is heated (onion optional)
5. Once jeera starts to pop add soya chunks and peas
6. Mix it well and add salt and spices as per taste
7. Add rice and mix well
8. Let it cook for couple of mins
9. Enjoy with daal or curd of macros permit
