Chole 50grams(uncooked)

Curd 50grams

Onion tomato chili ginger garlic gravy and spices to cook chole

Green chutney

Onion and spices for garnish

Sugar2.5gram/ sweetner optional

Method

Step 1

Cook chole with gravy and spices without oil in a pressure cooker. Boil soya chunks and potatoes separately. Make tikkis of soya chunks and potatoes. Without oil on a nonstick pan. Assemble everything on a plate and and garnish with spices and chaat masala, chutney and sliced onion. Enjoy your chaat
