Ingredients for Soya aloo Patties
- › 100 gm Potato
- › 40gm Soya Chura
- › Ghee 8 gms
- › one small onion
- › Ajwain+red chilli powder+black salt+table salt- as per taste
1. Boil the potato first and Run Soya Chura in boiled water. Squeeze soya Chura to remove water. Add soft soya chura with boiled potato, mix fine cut onion and chillies. Add salt, red chilli powder, ajwain and black salt and mix well. make small patties and sprinkle corn starch powder on it. spread ghee/butter on non stick pan and cook the patties from both the sides. you can eat these patties with curd as per your calories or you can eat with salad.
