Boil the soya chunks in water for about minutes and let it become soft. Drain the excess water and run through cold water and then squeeze it out and keep aside.
In a mixer, first grind the soya chunks and take it out. Then, grind the chicken and take it out as well. Afterwards, add garlic, chilly and all dry spices and make a paste out of it by grinding. Now add minced chicken and soya chunks to mixer and pulse it for seconds or until all mix well.
Take it in a bowl, add chopped spring onion, coriander and capsicum and mix it well. Then, make patties out of it by pressing against your palm.
Brush the pan or tawa with butter and roast the patties until it become golden brown on both sides and take it out. Cut the bun into two halves and roast it slightly in the same pan.
Add half mayonnaise to the grated cabbage and mix it well. Cut onion and tomato into slices.
Apply the remaining mayonnaise in the inside of bun. On the bottom, top it with onion and tomato slices, followed by patty and then mayo rich cabbage and top bun. And it’s ready.
