Ingredients for Sooji Uttapam !
- › Sooji coarse - 70 gm
- › Ghee - 5gm
- › Onion- 60gm
- › Shredded carrot - 20gm
- › Capsicum- 80gm
- › Avocado-70gm
- › Greek yoghurt - 100gm
- › Salt as per taste
1. Mix all the above ingredients except Avocado and set it aside for 10-15 min . Add water .
2. On a non stick pan or iron TAWA brush oil , spread the batter . Flip both the side until golden brown .
3. Serve with any dressing , I used avocado, lemon and salt .
