Sooji coarse - 70 gm
Ghee - 5gm
Onion- 60gm
Shredded carrot - 20gm
Capsicum- 80gm
Avocado-70gm
Greek yoghurt - 100gm
Salt as per taste
Mix all the above ingredients except Avocado and set it aside for - min . Add water .
On a non stick pan or iron TAWA brush oil , spread the batter . Flip both the side until golden brown .
Serve with any dressing , I used avocado, lemon and salt .
