Ingredients for Sooji/Rava Halwa
- › Sooji/Semolina - 40gm
- › Ghee - 10gm
- › Almond - 5gm
- › Cashew - 5gm
- › Sugar free as sweetner
1. 1) Take a pan and add ghee in to it .
2. 2) Now add sooji/semolina into pan and mix it with ghee and fry it until it becomes golden brown.
3. 3) Now add 4 times water of Sooji into it. It means add 160ml of water into pan and mix it well.
4. 4) Now add your sweetner or sugar free into it.
5. 5) Keep mixing it well until it becomes thick and golden .
6. 6) You can also add a pinch of cardamom powder in it to add flavour.
7. 6) Now once it gets thick and get its perfect texture switch off the flame.
8. 7) Garnish it with almonds and cashew and serve it.
