) Take a pan and add ghee in to it .
) Now add sooji/semolina into pan and mix it with ghee and fry it until it becomes golden brown.
) Now add times water of Sooji into it. It means add ml of water into pan and mix it well.
) Now add your sweetner or sugar free into it.
) Keep mixing it well until it becomes thick and golden .
) You can also add a pinch of cardamom powder in it to add flavour.
) Now once it gets thick and get its perfect texture switch off the flame.
) Garnish it with almonds and cashew and serve it.
