Ingredients

cooked kolam rice from 50gm rice chopped vegetables 40gm like cabbage, capsicum, carrot. chopped tomato 30gm finely chopped garlic pavbhaji masala, chilli powder, dhaniya powder , 1 tsp lemon juice. salt to taste

Method

Step 1

recipe- . on nonstick pan add gm oil. Add jeera, garlic. . Add all masala and add tsp water . Add chopped veggies except tomato. saute it on high flame. . Add tomato along with rice. Mix it. add salt and lemon. keep it on slow flame . keep small piece of hot coal in steel bowl , add drop of ghee. keep this bowl on rice. cover it for min. Turn off the flame.
