Green chillies:2: adjust as per your spice level
Cumin seeds :1/2 tsp
STEPS: . Heat pan . Add oil/ghee . Add cumin seeds and green chillies, wait till splutter . Add mixed veggies or vegetables as per your choice . Mix well and saute . Add salt and saute well . Once veggies are soft , wash poha well and drain water and add it to veggies . Add turmeric powder and mix well . Serve hot and dress with chopped corriander leaves
