1. Fresh bottlegourd(round one preferably)

2. Salt

3. Cumin seeds and bay leaf

4. Oil 5 mg (I made for 2 servings in 10 gm oil)

5. Dry Red chillies , cinnamon stick optional

Method

Step 1

Heat the oil and add cumin seeds. Add the bay leaf and other spices Add the diced bottle gourd and cover and cook till they are well cooked. Add salt Garnish with grated coconut Serve with rice
