Ingredients for Simple Crunchy Peanut Butter Shake
- › Whey Protein 30gms
- › Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 3gms
- › Milk 100ml
- › Peanut butter 10gms
Method
1. Take a scoop of whey protein in a protein shaker , add 3 gms of cocoa powder, 10gms of crunchy peanut butter , 100ml milk Mix well and serve chilled. (This will be thick and yummy if you want it to be lighter add more milk within macros)
