Balck pomfret cleaned with long slits- 250gms
Coconut oil -12gms
curry leaves
red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, pepper as per taste
Marinate the fish in above spices and leave aside for atleast an hour
Add oil to non stick pan.....let it heat well add curry leaves
add fish and cook on high flame for -mins, reduce flame and cook with lid closed
After one side is done , flip the fish and again cook on medium high flame do not close lid so that it remains crispy
