Ingredients for Shaktimaan Paratha
- › Onions chopped (medium), 35gm Soya Granules, 35gm Flour, 2pc Garlic cloves chopped, 1 chilli chopped, 1Tbsp Oil, Chilli flakes, Piri Piri mix masala, Oregano, Salt & Basil to taste.
Method
1. 1. Heat oil & add chopped garlic, chilli flakes, chilli & onions. Saute till light brown
2. 2. Add Oregano & Piri Piri mix masala
3. 3. Add washed & strained soya granules. Garnish with Basil
4. 4. Add salt as per taste & allow to cook for 5 mins
5. 5. Make chapati dough & fill in the mixture
6. 6. Flatten the paratha & roll the paratha. Careful not to break it.
7. 7. Cook on tawa with little or no ghee / butter as per your taste & available macros.
