Ghee 5 grams
Shahi jeera/ caraway seeds 1 tsp
Cloves 2
Cinnamon stick 1/8 inch
Cardamom 1
Salt
Water as necessary to cook rice
Take a hot pan add ghee, shahi jeera,cloves,cardamom,cinnamon stick,salt and sauté it for minuet
Take a bowl or rice cooker bowl or pressure cooker wash the rice and soak it in water for few minutes and add the shahi spices tempering to the rice and cook it until rice gets well cooked and adding cilantro adds more aroma to the dish have this with any veg or veg masala curry it will be delicious
