Ingredients for Scrambled tofu with soy flour roti
- › Tofu 200gms
- › Soy flour 25gms
- › Wheat flour 25gms
- › Coconut oil/Vegan ghee 7.5gms
- › Tomato 1/2
- › Onion 1/2
- › Chillies 2
- › Turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala 1 pinch.
1. Heat coconut oil/vegan ghee in a frying pan.
2. Add onions till they turn brownish.
3. Add tomatoes and green chillies.
4. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.
5. Add scrambled tofu and stir well.
6. Mix the soy flour and wheat flour for the roti.
