Ingredients

Tofu 200gms

Soy flour 25gms

Wheat flour 25gms

Coconut oil/Vegan ghee 7.5gms

Tomato 1/2

Onion 1/2

Chillies 2

Turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala 1 pinch.

Method

Step 1

Heat coconut oil/vegan ghee in a frying pan.

Step 2

Add onions till they turn brownish.

Step 3

Add tomatoes and green chillies.

Step 4

Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.

Step 5

Add scrambled tofu and stir well.

Step 6

Mix the soy flour and wheat flour for the roti.
