Schezwan sauce/chutney:1-2 spoons( As per your taste)(use it within macros)

Oil/ghee: As per your macros

Salt as per taste

Pinch of turmeric powder

Cumin seeds

Green chillies 1-2

Method

Step 1

Steps: Boil dal and vegetables separately and keep aside Heat pan Add oil Add cumin seeds and green chillies to splutter Add boiled vegetables and dal together Add salt Add turmeric powder pinch Bring it to boil Add schezwan sauce/chutney Stir well Boil for another few mins Turn off the heat and serve hot
