Ingredients for Schezwan Paneer Dosa
- › Dosa batter 25g
- › Paneer 50g
- › Schezwan sauce 5g
- › Veggies - Capsicum-150g, onion - 25g
- › Kissan ketchup 3g, Schezwan sauce chings - 0.25 tbsp
- › Olive oil 1g - optional
Method
1. Heat a non stick pain
2. Pour and spread dosa batter evenly in round shape
3. Add paneer, veggies and sauces
4. Sprinkle salt, pepper and chat masala as per your taste
5. Mix all the ingredients and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame.
6. Crispy dosa is ready to serve 😋
