Cabbage- 150 g
Soya chunks raw - 40 g
Rice flour/ suji -10 g
Besan / chickpea flour-10 g
Ginger- half inch piece
Garlic -5-6 cloves
Green chilli- 1-2
Salt to taste
Garam masala-half tsp
Cumin powder- half tsp
Corriander powder-half tsp
Turmeric powder- half tsp
Ajwain seeds -1 pinch
Sesame seeds- 1 tsp (optional )
Coconut oil / oil -10 g
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Grate or finely cut cabbage , add salt and keep aside
Grind raw soya chunks with ginger garlic ,chilli
Mix cabbage, soya chunks powder, dry spices,ajwain, besan, rice flour
Knead lightly ,add little water if needed and make loose rolls or spread mixture on a plate
Steam the rolls or mixture spread on the plate for mins ( can microwave for - mins )

Brush oil on nonstick pan and shallow fry wadi / squares from both sides
Enjoy with chutney or homemade schezwan sauce
