Ingredients

capsicum

cauliflower

broccoli

asparagus

french beans

onion(half)

garlic cloves 3-4

5-6 cherry tomatoes

1 tsp tomato ketchup or purie

parmesan cheese 20 gms

kidney beans (50 gms) raw

Method

Step 1

Cut the vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower,capsicum,beans and asparagus)

Step 2

Blanch the vegetables and keep it aside

Step 3

put oil in pan and add finely chopped onion and garlic to it.

Step 4

once it changes color add cherry tomatoes cut into halves.

Step 5

Saute for minutes on low flame and add tomato purie. Add salt, oregano, chilli flakes and basil leaves (optional)

Step 6

Add boiled kidney beans and saute for another minutes

Step 7

Add blanched vegetables and stir it. Cover with lid and keep on low flame for minutes.

Step 8

It is ready to be served. You can garnish with celery and parmesan cheese.
