Ingredients for Saoji Chicken
- › 20gm Oil 250gm Chicken Breast 100gm Onion 100gm Tomato Spices as per taste
1. * Marinate Chicken For 1 hour (Salt, Lemon, Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala) * Add 20gm Oil * Add Spices (Clove, Black Pepper, DalChini) * Add onion & cook till it becomes brown, Coriander Leaves. * Add Ginger Garlic Paste & cook for 3-4 min * Add Tomato & Salt & let it cook for 5 min * Add other spices - Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric & Garam Masala * Let it cook without adding water. * Add water once it cook 90% & cook for next 5-10min
