Apple , banana , mango 100gms

Greek yogurt 100 gms

Dry fruits 20 gms

Method

Step 1

Soak sabudana for - hours / overnight . . Drain the water from the Sabudana .Add all the above ingredients and give it a good mix . .You can also add whey (optional) to increase your protein intake . .Refrigerate it for an hour and enjoy !! Let me know your experience in the comment section .
